Delivery
Free Nationwide Delivery
Free standard delivery on all order over £500* (T&C’s apply). Orders under £500 will be subject to an additional delivery fee of £50.
Specified Delivery Date
All orders will be delivered within 3 working days, during the checkout process you can choose your preferred delivery date. A responsible person must be present upon delivery to inspect, check and sign for your order. Orders cannot be left without a responsible person signing for the goods.
Kerbside delivery
Delivery will be made by a tail-lift vehicle to the kerbside with a manual pump truck. Please note that delivery drivers are only legally permitted to move the pallet to the kerbside and are not permitted to enter your property without consent.
Delivery Restrictions
Due to the heavy weight of our products our delivery network may deliver to your property on a large vehicle up to 3m wide. Therefore prior to ordering please ensure that sufficient access is available to the delivery point. All road surfaces must be Tarmac, block paving or concrete. We cannot operate on soft and loose ground or gravel. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be made due to insufficient access. Delivery Delays
Although the vast majority of our deliveries arrive on time, on occasion delivery may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. We therefore strongly recommend that you have taken delivery of goods prior to commencing work.
Accepting Delivery
Please ensure that a responsible person is present upon delivery to inspect, check and sign for your order. Orders cannot be left without a responsible person signing for the goods.
Damages
At The Tile Boutique we pride ourselves on our customer service and do the utmost to ensure your delivery arrives in perfect condition. Occasionally damages do occur, if you do see or suspect any damages on delivery then please mark these on the drivers notes and contact us immediately on 0113 4034653.
If you do discover any damaged products after the delivery driver has left, you must inform us in writing within 48 hours of delivery along with images of the damaged goods.
In line with standard industry practice, we recommend that when ordering you allow 10% extra for cuts, damages and wastage.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us on 0113 4034653 and we will endeavour to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. We advise that no products are installed if you are not entirely satisfied with the product. We cannot accept any claims once products have been installed.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned goods must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. If you decide to cancel your order you will be responsible for returning the material to our central warehouse. We can arrange to collect the material on your behalf, however this will incur a collection cost. For more information please contact us on 0113 4034653.
Once your order has been returned and checked by our warehouse team a refund will be issued within 14 days.
